Everyone who is committed to the ideals of empathy, awareness, and learning and changing is part of this community and is a supporter of SIBs. Below is a list of our donors, the individuals and organizations who are able to support us financially. We are grateful to you all!

Institutions

The Maxwell Hanrahan Foundation

We are honored to have been supported by the Maxwell Hanrahan Foundation for the last four years. We are so grateful for their support.

The Foundation has four broad areas of interest: field-based science, art and craft, teaching, and protection of the natural world. Delle Maxwell and Pat Hanrahan started the Maxwell/Hanrahan Foundation in 2018 to support individual scientists, teachers, conservationists and creators whose diverse perspectives enable us to discover new things about ourselves and our world.

Crafting the Future

These funds were given directly to support SPARC, SIB's BIPOC cohort.
Crafting the Future works to increase access to creative enrichment by connecting BIPOC artists with opportunities that will help them thrive. CTF has grown out of a frustration with feeling helpless to affect change on an individual level. By banding together and pooling the resources of like minded artists and art appreciators, we can make the changes we want to see in our own communities.

The Art's Fund Community Accelerator Grant

We are honored to have received this grant for the past two years.

ArtsFund is pleased to partner with Allen Family Philanthropies (former known as the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation) on the third round of funding for the Community Accelerator Grant, a $10 million investment in Washington state’s arts and culture sector. The program, now in its third year, provides unrestricted grants to cultural nonprofit organizations across Washington state. The funds are intended to boost arts organizations’ ability to invest in their missions and essential roles serving communities across the state.

The Craft Emergency Relief Fund, CERF+

These funds were given directly to support the work of SPARC, SIB's BIPOC cohort.
The Craft Emergency Relief Fund (CERF+) provides craft artists with support and resources for disaster and emergency relief, education programs, and readiness grants to strengthen preparedness. Committing to generosity, inclusion, and care, we advocate for the thrive-ability of craft artists and craft as an art form.
